innate sense of being that you will come to be defined an authentic understanding of Self. 

Meditation doesn't change your character, the practice reveals your character.

Over time you will become clearly aware of a genuine reality.

Meditation is a journey's into the Inner Self, a rediscovery of who you always have been. David is a messenger, a facilitator who is able to guide you into places that you have wanted to explore your Mindful life.  

Meet David

David has been a yoga and meditation practitioner for more than 25 years having studied the Ashtanga and Iyengar methods from Master Teachers world wide.

David brings a method of meditation that focuses on maintaining the breath as much as the form of the mantra in each moment. 


In your study with David you will become introduced to a community of authentic individuals who are discovering their inner being and translucent Self, people that thrive on being Mindful one to the other, people sharing their pathway and what they have learned. Welcome!
