The Ashtanga Method

In your private lessons you will be taught the Ashtanga Method where you"ll you will learn the classic poses of yoga, where they came from and how they function to create a whole Mind-Body Connection. Here is 75 minute flow that  over time you will learn proficiently as a lifestyle. Some poses you'll modify based on your body type. This is Yoga for Life and includes Meditation.
