Yoga and Meditation are journey's into the Inner Self, a rediscovery of who you always have been. David is a messenger, a facilitator who is able to guide you into places that you have wanted to explore for the purpose of you coming to make real a your Mindful life.  To introduce you to Yoga and Daily Meditation as the right path.

Meet David

David has been a yoga practitioner for more than 25 years having studied the Ashtanga and Iyengar methods from Master Teachers world wide. For his members David brings a method of yoga accessibility that focuses on maintaining the breath as much as the alignment of each pose. 


Having trained over 37 teachers and mentored 100s of students, David will be introducing you to a living Community that continues to thrive on practicing daily to be guiding lights of Mindfulness one to the other. To show you that the experiences that opens this door is yoga and daily meditation.
