The Classes We Offer

The Yoga classes we offer are based on variations in the Hatha methods of yoga, including Ashtanga. Your instruction accommodates students new to yoga, with classes that are inclusive of all body types. We also offer classes to intermediate students Ashtanga experience. In these covid times, no hands on adjustments are presented to our Members. While wearing a mask during your practice is highly encouraged, doing so is optional per State Health recommendations.

Our Meditation class is presented as an instruction in Koan Meditation, a method of discovering inner stillness and nonreactivity to life's daily challenges by focusing on a few unanswerable Tao stories of human predicaments
