Service Description

This is an In-Studio Class. Join Avalon for a Vinyasa session inclusive of Sun Salutations and Inversions. This session is perfect for those wanting to enhance their practice with the cues to the correct form and align of an Iyengar practice. In each session Avalon will emphasize a specific area of the body by stretching and strengthening muscles using both Standing and Seated postures. Bring your mat, perhaps a bottle of water. Face coverings are optional.
